LIL' DRAGONS:
This Program was designed for children:
Ages 4 to 9 years old
Monday through Friday
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Lil’ Dragons Program, Children will improve
their basic motor and listening skills while learning Taekwondo.
Skills Taught:

Rank Advancement:
Our Little Dragons will have the opportunity to earn colored stripes around their current belt, and a brand new belt every time they test
and Successfully Pass the Test.
Stripes:
After attending two weeks students can earn a stripe of tape that goes around the edge of their belt. They must earn four stripes
(Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red) before they are eligible to test for their next rank.
Belts:
Every 8 weeks students if ready will have the opportunity to test for a new belt. Testing consists of students demonstrating moves
learned in sequence while in a specific stance, Forms (Poomses), Self Defense, Sparring, Braking, Terminology.

We teach children how to punch and kick ... correctly!
Our instructors are experienced at working with kids, encouraging their interest in martial arts. As they progress in ranks, they learn respect
for themselves and others, to develop pride, focus, self-discipline and fitness. This leads to improved their behavior, better study habits,
mental and physical well-being, Promotes Safety awareness, and Develops Self-Discipline.

We offer a practical self-defense program for and women. Students learn how to use the stronger parts of their bodies against the weaknesses of a
potential attacker. Taekwondo as a martial art has many other benefits as well, aside from the feeling of enhanced security and confidence.

Our kickboxing program is a mix of different martial arts. Here, You will learn to punch, kick, and move like a fighter. You will train resistance work, bodyweight training, and target practice on pads and bags. This is a total body workout that you won't find at a gym.
Our mission is to spread the appreciation of martial arts. It's not just for folks looking to get into the ring. EVERYONE should try it, and ANYONE can learn!

Become a member of Team Dragons, an elite Olympic Taekwondo Team that competes in Local, State, and National Tournaments.
Team Dragons is the name of the elite Olympic Style Taekwondo Team Coached by Master MIGUEL PAREDES. Team Dragons
was created to prepare athletes to achieve the higher levels of training necessary to become elite athletes within the art and sport of Taekwondo,
and their own educational and professional achievement.
MISSION:
It is our purpose to share our knowledge of the Sport of Tae Kwon Do with excellence, demonstrating the philosophies of goal setting and
personal growth, helping Team members to be the best they can be! Quality will be reflected through the institution of a strong, continuous and
