The major difference between Techno Boot-Camp from other training and workout programs, its that does not have the boring sections of moderate excises and long breaks. Techno Boot-Camp will take you to the maximum capacity that your body can reach without getting hurt or collapsing. Every Round will be faster and harder with shorter and shorter breaks in between rounds.
This Class will push you to do as many repetitions your body can complete and will get you that full body workout you need for faster results. This is not a 30, 60, or 90 days program. This is a life style because we strongly believe being in shape is an everyday thing.

Techno Combat workouts, 3 / 5 minutes rounds per workout, 5 days a week!
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
(Starting November 1, 2022 from 7:30 PM - 8:30PM)
